About these terms

These terms apply to our website, zolop.co.uk, and to the Zolop waitlist. Zolop is a product operated by AFTER THE BUILD LTD. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean AFTER THE BUILD LTD; our company details are under Contact information below. The Zolop app is not yet available, and these terms do not cover it. The app will have its own terms, and you will be asked to read and accept them before you can create a Zolop account. The website and the waitlist are intended for people in the United Kingdom. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your personal information.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free. The waitlist is only for people aged 13 or over. Joining the waitlist does not create a Zolop account. It does not guarantee you early access, an invitation, a place in any order, or access to Zolop by any date, and we do not promise that Zolop will launch on any particular date. We may change, pause or close the waitlist. We may remove an entry that we reasonably believe is fake, was made by automated means, or uses someone else's email address without their permission. You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing zolopofficial@gmail.com and telling us the email address you joined with. Our Privacy Policy explains what we store when you join, how we use it, how long we keep it, and what happens to your entry if we close the waitlist.

Using the website

You must not misuse the website or the waitlist. In particular, you must not try to interfere with how they work or get around their security, join the waitlist using someone else's email address without their permission or in bulk or by automated means, or use them in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone else's rights.

Our responsibility to you

The website and the waitlist are free, and Zolop is still being built. We try to keep the website available and its information accurate, but we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change or withdraw it at any time. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example if the waitlist changes, when we prepare to launch Zolop, or if the law changes. When we do, we will publish the new version on this page with a new version number and date. Changes apply from that date and do not apply to anything that happened before it. If you do not agree with a change, you can leave the waitlist at any time.

Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings about these terms in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts, and you keep any mandatory consumer protections that the law where you live gives you.
